Gift voucher terms The short, plain version.
These terms apply to My Ultimate Girls Trip gift vouchers, issued by My Ultimate Pty Ltd.
What it’s for
Your voucher is worth the dollar amount on it. It can be used towards any My Ultimate Girls Trip package booking in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane or the Gold Coast. It can come off your share or the group’s total, and you can even use it on someone else’s booking, whether or not you’re going.
How long it lasts
Until the date on the voucher: 31 December, three years after the year it was bought. Your trip needs to take place on or before that date. Booking before then isn’t enough: the trip itself needs to have happened. After that date the voucher can’t be used.
How to use it
Get in touch with us the usual way and quote your voucher code.
Leftover balance
If you don’t use it all on one booking, the rest stays on your voucher for another booking, as long as that trip also takes place by the date on the voucher.
More than one
You can use more than one voucher on the same booking.
Passing it on
You can give your voucher to someone else, like the friend who is organising. Whoever has the code can use it, so keep it safe, like cash.
Not cash
Your voucher can’t be swapped for cash, and we don’t give change.
Lost it?
Contact us and we’ll resend it to the email address it was sent to, or to the person who bought it.
No fees
There are no fees to use your voucher, and none after it’s bought.
Bookings
Your voucher doesn’t hold a date or a package. Bookings depend on availability and are made under our booking terms.
Refunds
Gift vouchers are non-refundable, including any unused balance. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Your details
We use the buyer’s details, and the name and email given for the person receiving the voucher, only to send, manage and honour the voucher. A photo added to a voucher is stored privately and deleted once the voucher is used up, expires, or is cancelled. Read our privacy policy.
Payment
Prices are in Australian dollars. Card payments are processed securely by Westpac PayWay. We never see or store your card number.
