Shoulders Down, Glasses Up
There's a curious few minutes after a good massage when the world feels quieter and nobody is particularly eager to start making decisions again. Usually, that feeling barely survives the journey home. Spa-cation Mode has other ideas. Your massage is only the beginning of a Sydney escape that carries on with waterfront bubbly, rooftop dining and a chic city apartment to come home to. You've earned more than an hour of feeling good.
The first stop is our day spa, where each of you settles in for a one hour relaxation massage. No need to fill the silence or make conversation. Just enjoy being looked after. Afterwards, someone will almost certainly speak in a whisper, even though nobody has asked her to. It's that sort of afternoon.
Back at your Sydney city apartment, ease into the evening together. Unpack, put on some music and enjoy the small pleasure of getting ready at your own pace. This isn't a weekend spent permanently in a robe, either. There are gorgeous places to go, and you're going to enjoy them.
Start by the waterfront, with reserved seating and a bottle of bubbly for the group to share. The view gives you something to admire while everyone settles back into conversation. A discounted cocktail menu is available if you'd like something else. The only thing anyone needs to debate is whether to stay for another little while, and that's a much nicer discussion to have.
Next, make your way to our rooftop bar for dinner. Bubbly with your meal, delicious share plates across the table and Sydney around you. This is the part where the girls get to dress up and make an occasion of being together. The food travels around the table, the stories get longer and even the friend who was nearly asleep after her massage has found her second wind.
When you're ready to call it a night, your apartment is there to welcome you back. There's something satisfying about finishing a spa day with an evening you'll remember just as fondly as the massage itself.
