Scream First, Sparkle Later
Some girls weekends have a soundtrack. This one starts with a chorus of screams across the water and ends with the whole group singing along under nightclub lights! Thrill Seeking Behaviour is bringing a little extra excitement to the Gold Coast, with an exhilarating jet boat adventure, your own gorgeous hotel stay, rooftop dining with bubbly and a VIP nightclub booth waiting after dark. It's a little wild, a lot of fun and exactly the sort of girls weekend that makes everyone say, 'Oh, we're absolutely doing that!'
And what an adventure to kick things off! The girls are strapped into their life jackets, the engine roars to life and suddenly you're flying across the Gold Coast waterways with the wind in your hair and enormous smiles on your faces. Then comes the first spin, sending spray flying and a scream up from the group in such perfect unison you'd think you'd rehearsed it. By the next one, everyone's laughing between screams, the scenery's whipping past and the hair has officially become somebody else's problem. It's fast, it's exhilarating and ridiculously good fun. And when the boat finally slows, everyone's talking at once, each with a slightly different version of what just happened!
Back at your Gold Coast hotel, it's clear the jet boat has left its mark. There are some rather adventurous hairstyles to sort out, somebody's still laughing about the first spin and the afternoon gets its first dramatic reenactment before anyone's even unpacked. The playlist goes on, the hairdryers are working overtime and the girls are getting gorgeous for a night out. Somehow, between the blow-drying and the outfit consultations, the story of the ride has already acquired an extra wave or two. Nobody's particularly interested in correcting it.
And now for a different kind of excitement! Our rooftop beach club is glowing against the Gold Coast skyline, with beautiful views, music in the air and your reserved seating waiting on the deck. Settle in with bubbly and delicious share plates as the girls enjoy a gorgeous dinner overlooking the city. Naturally, the jet boat is still a very popular topic of conversation, although by now everyone's version of the afternoon is becoming increasingly theatrical. The food is fabulous, the atmosphere is buzzing and there's something rather wonderful about being out with the very same women you were screaming your lungs out with just a few hours earlier!
But this group isn't quite finished with the excitement. At our glamorous Gold Coast nightclub, the pink neon is glowing, the music is pumping and your very own VIP booth is waiting. Settle in with the girls and enjoy a little VIP treatment before the dance floor starts calling. Someone announces she's only going up for one song, which is an interesting claim considering she's still there four songs later. The whole group is having an absolute ball, and that jet boat adrenaline has found itself a very fabulous second wind!
By the time the girls are back at the hotel, there's a camera roll full of evidence that one group managed both windblown chaos and rooftop glamour in the same day. The shoes come off, the laughter continues and somebody makes the exact noise she made during the first jet boat spin. Which, naturally, sets everyone off again. Some moments are simply too funny to leave on the water.
