Making New Remember Whens
The group photo that comes out for every birthday has had a very good run. A few of you have changed your hair since it was taken, but it still gets posted because everyone's in it and everyone's laughing. Mimosas and Memories is a brilliant excuse to give that old favourite some competition. You'll start with a leisurely brunch, take the afternoon at your own pace and finish with dinner above Sydney and a night out by the water. Plenty of opportunities for a new classic.
At our cocktail lounge, a mimosa each gets brunch started, with grazing style platters for the table and a two hour drinks package to enjoy together. You know the catch-up is underway when someone tries to tell a perfectly straightforward story and the others keep supplying details she had conveniently left out. Pass the food around and make an occasion of having everyone in the same place.
After brunch, settle into your chic Sydney city apartment. It's a chance to relax before the evening and get ready together, perhaps with a few old photos making an appearance while you're deciding what to wear. That one questionable hairstyle still deserves its own discussion, apparently.
Later, head up to our rooftop bar, where delicious share plates and bubbly on arrival await your group at a reserved table.
