The Art Of A Good Girls Weekend
An afternoon of life drawing sounds terribly cultured, doesn't it? A little art appreciation, perhaps a drink or two, and a chance to discover everyone's hidden creative talents. Of course, we've taken a few artistic liberties with the traditional drawing class, but that's half the fun! Drawn Together is your excuse to try something a little cheeky with the girls before heading out for a fabulous night in Brisbane.
It all begins at your own chic Brisbane city apartment, where there's no need to share the experience with strangers or worry about keeping a straight face in a public studio. Settle in, pop your drinks in the fridge and make yourselves comfortable. Your rather special guest is coming to you.
And what a lovely guest he is! Your model starts the afternoon as your very own topless waiter, pouring drinks, mingling with the girls and providing some rather attractive scenery. It's the perfect warm-up before the real artistic appreciation begins.
Then it's time for the pencils to come out and the rest of his outfit to come off. Yes, ladies, we're talking proper life drawing! With all your materials provided, your model guides everyone through a series of poses and playful drawing exercises. Some of the girls might discover a genuine artistic talent, while others may struggle to keep their eyes on their sketchpads. And really, with a subject like this, who could blame them?
There's plenty of laughter, a little friendly comparison of artistic techniques and some rather memorable photo opportunities before your model bids farewell. Whether your masterpieces end up framed on the wall or tucked away for a private giggle, you've certainly got something to show for the afternoon.
With the creative session complete, it's time to take your appreciation of beautiful things into Brisbane's nightlife. First stop is a vibrant restaurant bar, where delicious share plates, bubbly and a fabulous atmosphere set the scene for dinner with the girls.
