And because a tasting deserves a proper Sydney outing around it, we've paired it with rooftop dining, delicious grazing platters and a chic city apartment for the night.
Your day begins above the city at our rooftop bar, with bubbly on arrival and share plates across your reserved table. Enjoy the views and the pleasure of having time for another bite, another story and a little longer to linger. This is the easy opening act before things get rather deliciously specific.
From there, settle into your Sydney city apartment, drop your bags and head out to our boutique wine bar. At your reserved seating, a flight of four sparkling wines selected by the bartender gives you a chance to taste them side by side. Suddenly the differences are easier to notice. One tastes crisper, another softer; a third could be the one you'd order again without even looking at the list. The friend who usually says anything is fine may surprise you with the most definite opinion of all.
